Jeff Peevy, AMAM

Jeff Peevy serves as Vice President of Industry Relations at I-CAR, where he leads strategic engagement efforts to foster collaboration across all segments of the collision repair ecosystem. In this role, Jeff strengthens partnerships with industry stakeholders, associations, and key influencers to advance I-CAR’s mission of ensuring complete, safe, and quality repairs for the ultimate benefit of the consumer.
Jeff has over 30 years of leadership experience in the automotive collision repair industry. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Technical Products, Programs & Services at I-CAR, where he was responsible for the organization’s curriculum development, technical programming, and services.
A recognized thought leader, Jeff is passionate about promoting a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement within the industry. Before rejoining I-CAR, Jeff served as President of the Automotive Management Institute (AMi), where he focused on expanding professional development and credentialing programs for management and customer-facing roles.
He is a past chair of the Collision Industry Conference (CIC), a former IBIS Ambassador, as well as numerous industry boards. Jeff is currently on the ASE Education Foundation Board. Jeff is also a frequent speaker at national and international industry events, where he shares his insights on leadership, professionalism, and the future of collision repair.
Matt Shepanek
VP, Credential Testing Programs

Matt Shepanek started with ASE in February 2022 as the VP, Credential Testing Programs. In that role he manages the ASE staff that develops, maintains, and assembles the ASE credential tests. In addition, Matt is the President of the ASE Training Managers Council (ATMC) which members include OEM, aftermarket and collision training managers. Matt has spent his entire career in the automotive industry starting out as a technician, working for automotive suppliers in Technical Training Development and then serving 19 years with VW/Audi as a Technical Curriculum Designer (7 years) /Technical Training Manager (12 years).
Todd White
Hunter Engineering Co., Regional Manager
Todd White is Hunter Engineering’s Regional Manager for Utah and the upper Rocky Mountain territory, covering Montana, North Dakota and parts of Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado. He came to Hunter after more than two decades in the automotive industry, working in both domestic and highline brands. From experience as a Diagnostic Technician, Service Advisor, and Service Manager he has a clear read on what actually keeps a business healthy: take care of the customer and mind the metrics. Todd carries that same mindset into every account in his region, treating the relationships as an additional measure of success, not just the balance sheet. His background means he has a first hand understanding of technical and operational challenges, because he’s sat on both sides of that table.
