Founder - Chief Executive Officer

With over three decades of management and operational experience in the dealer-owner and conglomerate body shop group industry. Greg has dedicated his career to the collision industry.

Kevin Caruso

Chief Operations Officer

Kevin is a people focused operational leader with over 25 years of collision industry experience in driving workforce performance by finding solutions that streamline and optimize an organization’s overall performance. During his career, he has held roles as a Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Market Vice President of Operations across the Northwest, California, and Southeast Regions.

Chief Financial Officer

Amy is an accomplished executive-level decision maker leveraging financial expertiseand strategic planning to generate operational efficiencies that realize business goals.Expert in analyzing information and evaluating results to manage short- and long-termfinancial objectives.

Michael has nearly 20 years of technology leadership experience. He has worked at several Fortune 50 companies in the retail, healthcare and tech industries focused on building and delivering new custom products to the market.

Scott Krohn

Business Consultant

Scott has 25 years’ experience in collision, diagnostics, and automotive electronics. He spent 21 years at Abra Auto Body & Glass, as Chief Operating Officer. He spent two years at AsTech as President.

Chris Koepsell

VP Learning & Development

Chris has nearly 35 years of automotive industry experience in retail, fleet maintenance and collision. He has spent 30 years of that time in the management of learning & development.

Jon Shaw

Financial Consultant

With over seventeen years of public accounting, tax, and business consulting experience. Jon has focused a lot of his time and expertise in the automotive accounting world and has extensive knowledge of the rules and regulations of the automotive field.

Jeff Deskin

Director Vehicle Technology

With 17 years experience in vehicle electronics, diagnostics and repair in his career, Jeff not only spent two years working directly with product engineers at Toyota’s Technical Assistance System, but also spent two years as the Calibration Supervisor at AsTech.

Troy Domstead

Manager Integration & Support

Troy has 20 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair, emphasizing on ADAS calibration over the last 5 years.

Nate Thomsen

Manager Integration & Support

Based out of Seattle, WA, Nate has more than 25 years of experience in the collision repair industry. After serving in the U.S. Navy from 1994-1997, he was hired as a car detailer and then worked for a small MSO in Seattle. Since then, he has held numerous positions in the industry, including regional vice president of operations for a large MSO.
