Car ADAS Solutions is excited to announce the opening of National Calibration Alliance, a new licensee location at 1725 William Blount Drive in Maryville, TN. The calibration center serves body shops, collision centers, and glass shops throughout East Tennessee with ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, post-collision services, and OEM-compliant repairs. The center is owned by Zach Stinnett and led by Wesley Wilkerson, a collision repair veteran with more than three decades in the industry, who serves as Lead Calibration and Diagnostic Technician.
Wilkerson started in the collision repair industry in 1993 as a detailer and worked his way up through paint prep to master finisher before transitioning to non-structural repair, where he earned Level 2 high-voltage certifications for Tesla and Rivian. As shops got serious about pre- and post-repair scans, Wilkerson helped lead that work, and by 2019 he was looking for a
change. He assumed his next move would be a paint company or a return to school. Instead, a text from Stinnett opened a different door.
“I was actually quarantined during COVID when Zach texted me and asked if I would be interested in doing calibrations,” Wilkerson said. “I said yes and ran through that open door.”
The operation started small: service information, a Snap-on scanner, and a pass-through device, performing calibrations with string, tape, and a plumb bob in about 1,500 square feet borrowed from a detail shop. In the five years since, the team has added OEM software for several brand certifications along with TruPoint and Hunter Ultimate ADAS calibration systems. Stinnett sent Wilkerson to training workshops across the industry, a pathway supported by Car ADAS Solutions’ technician training program, and he now holds every certification available in the calibration space.
The new Maryville facility represents the culmination of that growth, developed as a Car ADAS Solutions licensee location with support through every phase, from facility design and layout to equipment selection and setup. Built from the ground up to meet and exceed OEM standards, the center eliminates the variables that compromise calibrations in a typical shop environment, such as uneven concrete, poor lighting, and physical obstructions, with floor levelness, controlled lighting, and unobstructed calibration space all held to OEM specifications.

National Calibration Alliance designed its process around the workflow of its partner shops. The center offers convenient pickup and drop-off service and same-day calibrations whenever possible, and the team handles estimate scrubbing and CCC integration to protect shop cycle times. Following the documentation standards at the core of the Car ADAS program, each vehicle’s OEM procedures and position statements are researched, documented, and photographed, with everything delivered alongside the invoice and backed by a reimbursement guarantee. The team is equipped to scan, calibrate, and program vehicles of all sizes and manufacturers.
That documentation-first approach reflects the stakes of the work. ADAS calibration is required any time a sensor’s alignment is affected, whether from a collision, a windshield replacement, or a suspension repair, and restoring these systems to factory specification is a safety-critical step, not an optional one. A calibration center is a fundamentally different undertaking than a repair shop, and the Car ADAS licensee model, with its OEM procedure access, proven processes, and ongoing technical support, meant National Calibration Alliance opened with factory-level standards already in place rather than learning through trial and error.
